Complimentary Follow-up Consultation

For eligible patients, their next follow-up consultation will be automatically without charge if booked via your Patient Portal before 11:59pm AEDT 31 March 2025. Patients who are eligible for this complimentary rate will be made aware via email communication.

This complimentary rate applies to one follow-up consultation per eligible patient only, has no cash value and is non-transferable. 

We reserve the right to modify this rate at any time without prior notice, and to refuse to provide services in accordance with Alternaleaf’s Terms & Conditions.
