Yes. Alternaleaf is Australia’s largest alternative health clinic with 200+ qualified doctors and nurses supporting a variety of patients.
Alternaleaf doctors are registered with the Medical Board of Australia, and hold relevant TGA authorisations in relation to alternative healthcare services. All of our practitioners are listed with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
Sure thing. You can reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled time.
If it’s less than 24 hours before your appointment, you’ll need to cancel and book a new one. You can reschedule or cancel your booking by clicking the link in your confirmation email.
You can also manage follow-up appointments on the Alternaleaf Patient Portal. If you need help, please reach out to our Patient Care Team at info@alternaleaf.com.au.
We don’t charge for your first nurse screening so you can access quality care and get a chance to ask any questions about our services before becoming a patient. It means our onboarding process is obligation-free.
In your initial screening, you’ll talk to a nurse about your medical history, symptoms and any concerns you might have. If they think our services might be appropriate for you, they’ll then pass on these details to a doctor who will make an assessment and, if appropriate, create your care journey.
FYI, you don’t have to progress to see a doctor if you don’t want to or if alternative healthcare isn’t right for you.
Everybody’s alternative healthcare journey is a little different. So the ongoing costs differ as well, depending on your doctor’s recommendations.
When you need to speak with your doctor, follow-up consultations cost $59. Your doctor will recommend when you should return for a follow-up.
