Before you see a doctor, you speak with a registered nurse.
Your first conversation is with a qualified registered nurse. They'll take the time to understand your situation, answer your questions, and make sure you feel ready before you see a doctor. There's no pressure here, this is your space to talk openly and get the clarity you need.
Face to face with your doctor, without the waiting room.
Your appointment takes place over secure video, so you can speak directly with your doctor from wherever you're comfortable. A proper face-to-face conversation, backed by systems built for safe, high quality care.
Your doctor only prescribes after everything has been checked.
When your doctor prescribes treatment, you can feel confident that every required check has already happened. Our system is built so nothing gets missed before your care is confirmed.
Quality assurance keeps standards high and helps us respond if something feels off.
You don't need to know who to call or what to say. If something's not right with your journey, our system is built to pick it up early and get the right people involved.
You’ll be fully informed before anything is prescribed.
Before any medication is prescribed, you'll have a genuine conversation with your doctor covering everything you need to know. You'll understand your options, ask anything on your mind, and move forward only once you feel confident.
If you’re prescribed treatment, it only reaches you once everything has been checked.
Ordering your medication is straightforward through our pharmacy facilitation partner, uMeds. Behind the scenes, a system supports your pharmacy in meeting every dispensing requirement, so your medication only leaves the pharmacy when it's appropriate to do so.
Your care doesn’t stop after your prescription.
Getting a prescription is just the beginning of your care with us, not the end. We stay in touch, check how things are going, and make sure you're never left to navigate any changes alone.
