Follow-up Consultation Discount 2026
The Follow-Up Consultation Discount (“offer”) is valid for a consultation paid within 30 days of receiving their unique offer (“term”), for eligible patient consultations only. Patients who are eligible for this offer will be notified via email or SMS at the beginning of the campaign.
1. Limitations:
- Promo Code: Use the code received via email or SMS for a discounted follow-up doctor consultation fee.
- Usage: Codes are for single use only and cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions. Only one valid code may be applied per transaction.
- Value: The code has no cash value and is non-transferable.
2. How to Use
- To be eligible for the offer, you must book your follow-up consultation at patient.alternaleaf.com.au/consultations and complete it before the end of the term.
- The offer will be applied to the follow-up consultation fee when the discount code is added at checkout.
- Bookings cancelled and re-booked following the term will not be eligible for the offer.
Modification or Termination:
- Changes: This offer is subject to change and may be withdrawn at any time. Availability for consultations may vary. The Company may invalidate an offer or refuse to honour it if it believes, in its sole discretion, that the offer is being used in violation of these terms or in a fraudulent or improper manner.
