1. Limitations

Only one valid Promo Code can be used per transaction.

• The Promo Code is valid for $20 off one initial consultation an Alternaleaf doctor.
• The Promo Code cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or offers.
• The Promo Code has no cash value and is non-transferable.
• Offer is subject to change or termination without further notice.

2. Geographic limitation

• To be eligible for the offer, you must book your follow up consultation at patient.alternaleaf.com.au before the end of the term.
• Offer will be applied to the follow-up consultation fee automatically and will be reflected on the subsequent invoice.
• Bookings cancelled and re-booked following the term will not be eligible for the offer. 

3. How to use

• To redeem this offer, you must complete the pre-consultation process at alternaleaf.com.au, and if eligible, enter the Promo Code when prompted.
• Offer will be applied to the initial consultation fee automatically during the booking process, and will be reflected on the payment screen and subsequent invoice.
