Share the Care - Friends and Family Discount Terms and Conditions

Program Description:

• The Program allows participants to generate a unique code ("code") that can be shared with friends and family.
• Recipients of a code will receive a discount off of the cost of an initial Alternaleaf consultation.

Eligibility - Existing patients:

• In order to generate a promo code, participants must be existing patients of Alternaleaf.
• Codes must be generated from the “Share the Care” module hosted within the Alternaleaf Patient Portal.
• Participants are encouraged to copy and share their code with friends and family via email, social media, or other digital channels.
• Participants must ensure that their code is shared in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. They must not engage in spamming or unethical practices.
• The company reserves the right to limit the number of eligible promo codes if it believes, in its sole discretion, that the offer is being used in violation of these terms or in a fraudulent or improper manner.

Eligibility - Referred patients:

• Offer is valid for new customer consultations only.
• To be considered a "new customer," referred patients must not have previously received services from Alternaleaf or Montu.
• Only one valid offer can be used per transaction.
• Offer cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions or discounts.
• Offer has no cash value and is non-transferable.

How to Use:

• To be eligible to receive a discount off the initial consultation fee, referred patients must:
  1. Complete the pre-consultation process at alternaleaf.com.au
  2. Book an appointment
  3. Enter an eligible promo code and confirm the T&Cs on the payment confirmation screen
  4. Save their payment details
• The discount will be reflected on both the payment screen and subsequent invoice.

Modification or Termination:

• The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.
• The Company may invalidate an offer or refuse to honour it if it believes, in its sole discretion, that the offer is being used in violation of these terms or in a fraudulent or improper manner.
