Share the Care - Friends and Family Discount Terms and Conditions

1. Program Description:

• The Program allows certain users of Alternaleaf services to generate a unique code (Code) that can be shared with friends and family.
• Recipients of a Code (Participants) are eligible to receive a discount of the cost of an initial Alternaleaf consultation with a medical practitioner.

2. Eligibility - Existing patients:

• In order to generate a promo code, participants must be existing patients of Alternaleaf.
• Codes must be generated from the “Share the Care” module hosted within the Alternaleaf Patient Portal.
• Participants are encouraged to copy and share their code with friends and family via email, social media, or other digital channels.
• Participants must ensure that their code is shared in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. They must not engage in spamming or unethical practices.
• The company reserves the right to limit the number of eligible promo codes if it believes, in its sole discretion, that the offer is being used in violation of these terms or in a fraudulent or improper manner.

3. Eligibility - Referred patients:

• Offer is only valid for Participants who are new customers.
• To be considered a "new customer," Participants must not have previously had a consultation with a nurse or medical practitioner at Alternaleaf.
• Only one valid offer can be used per transaction.
• Offer cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions or discounts.
• Offer has no cash value and is non-transferable.
• Offer does not entitle Participants to receive services from Alternaleaf.  Our healthcare services may not be suitable for everyone.  Our health care professionals will determine whether our services are appropriate.

4. How to Use:

• To be eligible to receive a discount off the initial consultation fee, referred patients must:
  a. Complete the pre-consultation process at alternaleaf.com.au
  b. Book an appointment with an Alternaleaf nurse, if eligible to do so.
  c. Enter your Code where indicated on the booking screen, and confirm the T&Cs on the payment confirmation screen.
  d. Save their payment details.
• The discount will be reflected on both the payment screen and subsequent invoice.

Modification or Termination:

• The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.
• The Company may invalidate an offer or refuse to honour it if it believes, in its sole discretion, that the offer is being used in violation of these terms or in a fraudulent or improper manner.
