Most patients book a same-day nurse consult. If a doctor is available, you may be transferred directly to an Alternaleaf doctor during the same session. If not, you can book the next available appointment at a time that suits you. Our team will then arrange the transfer of your records to support continuity of care.
If your exact treatment isn’t available, your doctor will discuss suitable alternative options with you.
No. With your consent, our team will handle the discharge and request your medical records for you. If we don't hear back from your clinic, you may need to contact them directly.
No. Transfer administration is provided as part of our patient support service.
We offer extended appointment availability across the week, with consultations available 365 days a year to help make care more accessible and convenient. New patient appointments are generally available from 7am–9pm weekdays and 9am–5pm on weekends (AEST), with doctor consultations often available up to 10pm. Our nursing team is also available across extended weekday and Saturday hours to provide ongoing support.*
