Yes. Consultation fees, appointment options, and any concession discounts available to eligible concession card holders are outlined during the onboarding and booking process before your nurse consultation is confirmed. Current pricing information is also available through the patient portal.
Yes. Eligible concession card holders receive reduced fees for follow-up telehealth consultations. You can view consultation pricing through the patient portal.
You can verify your concession status by securely uploading a valid Australian Government-issued concession or pension card through the patient portal during onboarding or appointment booking. If eligible for Alternaleaf services, any applicable consultation fee discounts will be applied to your account in accordance with Alternaleaf’s terms of service.
Yes. If you qualify for Alternaleaf’s services, concession card holders may receive reduced consultation fees. If you hold a valid Australian Government-issued concession, pension, or Veterans card, your discount can be verified during the onboarding process.
