Offer is only valid for Participants who are new customers [and who book their initial Alternaleaf nurse consultation by 31 January 2025]. To be considered a "new customer," you must not have previously received product or services from Alternaleaf or Montu. Promo codes are single use only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other code. Discount will be applied at the doctor consultation payment screen.

1. Limitations

Only one valid Promo Code can be used per transaction.
  • The Promo Code is valid for $40 off one initial consultation.
  • The Promo Code cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or offers.
  • The Promo Code has no cash value and is non-transferable.

2. Geographic limitation

  • The promo code is valid for use in Australia only.

3. How to use

  • To redeem this offer, you must complete the pre-consultation process at http://alternaleaf.com.au , and if eligible to proceed to a nurse consultation, enter an eligible promo code when prompted, and book during the campaign dates.
  • Offer will be applied to the initial consultation fee automatically during the booking process, and will be reflected on the payment screen and subsequent invoice.
