After completing your 30-second pre-screening form, you'll be invited to book your first consult with an Alternaleaf nurse.

During this 20-minute telehealth consultation, the nurse will ask questions about your medical history, current symptoms, and history with alternative medicine.

You will also have an opportunity to ask any questions about the treatment. Following this is the appointment with an Alternaleaf doctor who will review the notes from the nurse consult. If your assigned doctor thinks you could benefit from alternative medicine, they'll recommend a treatment plan and issue a prescription.

No referral is required to see an Alternaleaf doctor. Before we invite you to book your first consult with us, you'll need to complete our 30-second pre-screening form to help inform us of your eligibility for alternative medicine.
